Wilson Elser, a premier and full-service defense litigation law firm, is currently seeking a General Liability Associate Attorney for their Indianapolis office. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced attorney to join a highly respected firm and work on a diverse caseload.

The Position

We are looking for a skilled and motivated attorney with at least 5 years of experience in general liability and trucking and transportation cases. The ideal candidate will have a JD from an accredited Law School and be admitted to practice in the state of Indiana. Superior written and oral communication skills are a must, as well as legal project management experience. Trial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

As a General Liability Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to independently manage a caseload, working on cases from start to finish. You will also collaborate with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects and handle court appearances and depositions. Additionally, you will communicate with clients and provide regular status reports.
