Responsibilities:
- Work on a variety of sophisticated finance transactions, including CLOs, securitization transactions, and asset-based lending
- Be a key member of deal teams and have extensive client contact
- Collaborate with top international investment banks and asset managers
- Contribute innovative ideas to the team and be entrepreneurial in your approach
- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards

Qualifications:
- 2-6 years of experience in structured finance
- Admission to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction where hired
- Strong academic background
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Salary Information:
- Minimum of $235,000 annually
- Maximum of $390,000 annually
- Actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors
