Eckert Seamans is currently seeking a Labor & Employment Associate for their Harrisburg, Pennsylvania office. With a diverse client base ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, this is a great opportunity for an experienced attorney to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in traditional labor and employment matters, administrative law, and civil litigation. They should also have a strong understanding of labor and employment issues, including hiring and termination, contract negotiations, and employment-related litigation. Additionally, the candidate should be able to conduct workplace investigations and advise clients on employee misconduct allegations. In order to be considered for this position, candidates must have 6-8 years of Labor & Employment experience and be licensed in Pennsylvania. Strong writing and analytical skills are also required, as well as the ability to work as part of a team. Candidates with an excellent academic background and exceptional research, writing, and communication skills will be given preference.
