Summary

Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, is looking to hire a Senior Financial Services Litigation Associate to join their Consumer Financial Services practice in the New York office. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in state and federal court matters defending financial institutions in single-plaintiff litigation and appeals, as well as financial services, contested foreclosure, and/or New York commercial litigation experience. They should also have strong writing and communication skills, and New York bar admission is required, with New Jersey bar admission being a plus.

The estimated salary range for this role is $155,000 to $175,000 and is only applicable to those applicants who will perform work in New York City if selected for the role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary range, market data, applicant skills, relevant experience, degrees, or certifications. This role is a hybrid position and applicants should submit their resume and unofficial law school transcript to apply.

## Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in state and federal court matters defending financial institutions in single-plaintiff litigation and appeals
- Financial services, contested foreclosure, and/or New York commercial litigation experience
- Strong writing and communication skills

## Salary

Estimated $155,000 to $175,000.
