We are seeking a highly skilled Capital Markets Associate to join our Global Corporate practice group. This position is open in our New York, Dallas, Houston, Chicago, and Los Angeles offices. The ideal candidate will have experience in . capital markets, specifically in representing underwriters, issuers, and placement agents in a variety of securities offerings.
