- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review legal notices and pleadings
- Utilize case management system to ensure timely progress of cases
- Handle hearing preparation
- Field phone calls related to foreclosure matters
- Support team and assist in training new members
- Become familiar with entire legal process and jurisdictions in Illinois

- Requirements:
- 3-5 years of law firm experience preferred
- Hybrid position, must be located near one of MDK's offices
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
