Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting legal research by identifying relevant statutes, judicial decisions, and codes
- Drafting legal documents for review and approval by attorneys
- Corresponding with clients, counsel, and other parties as requested by attorneys
- Summarizing records and discovery
- Reviewing and summarizing medical and other records
- Organizing and maintaining case files
- Assisting attorneys with trial preparation
- Obtaining cases, legal articles, and analysis of rules for legal research

Qualifications:

- Associate's degree and/or 2 years of experience at a law firm
- Insurance defense experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
