Duties:

• Oversee and manage complex estate administration matters, including probate proceedings, trust administrations, and estate settlements.
• Provide legal guidance and support to clients on estate planning, wills, trusts, and asset protection strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing law, focusing on sophisticated trusts and estates administration.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of business entities and their interaction with estate planning and administration.
• Admission to the New York State Bar or eligibility for admission via waiver.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients and colleagues.

• Proven track record of handling high-net-worth clients and complex estate matters with discretion and professionalism.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
