Salary Information:

- Base pay ranges from $47,500/year in our lowest geographic market to $112,000/year in our highest geographic market
- Pay is based on factors such as market location, job-related knowledge and skills, and experience
- Additional forms of compensation, such as equity and sign-on payments, may be provided as part of a total compensation package

Experience Information:

- 2+ years of contracts management, paralegal, or other comparable experience within a law firm, government agency, or in-house legal department
- Experience working with MS Office, including Excel, Powerpoint, and Sharepoint
- Previous in-house legal experience and experience related to technology companies are both pluses

Responsibilities:

- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts for assigned business team
- Participate in team-wide meetings, departmental goals, and collaborative projects
- Have access and visibility to business leadership

- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to measure results
