As a member of our healthcare group, you will have the chance to work collaboratively with our attorneys and clients, while also receiving support and guidance from our team of partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide critical guidance on regulatory requirements to clients in the healthcare sector, including compliance with Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and Medicare conditions of participation.
• Advise clients on healthcare-specific regulatory frameworks and how they impact strategic initiatives, including transactions, litigation, and government investigations.
• Develop direct relationships with clients to support career goals.
• Mentor and support professional development.
• Work closely with national head of healthcare group and other partners.
• Participate in regular career progression and training sessions.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience focusing on regulatory matters in the healthcare sector.
• Familiarity with key health care regulatory requirements, including Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and Medicare conditions of participation.
• Experience in HIPPA, health care privacy, data breach, Knox-Keene, digital health, telehealth, healthcare technology transactions, ACOs, and/or Medicare Direct Contracting Enterprise (DCD) program is a plus.
• Excellent communication, writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Admission to the bar in the state where applying.
• Outstanding academic credentials from an accredited law school.

Salary Information:

• The salary range for this position is $310,000 - $435,000.

This position can be based in any of the following offices: Washington, ., Century City, Chicago, or New York; however, we will consider candidates in any of our . offices. Remote candidates will not be considered.

As a core member of our healthcare group, working with the national head of our healthcare group, you will be expected to work collaboratively with our attorneys and clients to provide critical guidance on how our clients can achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience focusing on regulatory matters in the healthcare sector, with familiarity with key health care regulatory requirements such as Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and Medicare conditions of participation.
