Responsibilities:

- Monitoring and managing loan closings and providing support to attorneys as needed
- Managing due diligence activities and creating checklists
- Assisting in the preparation of real estate documents and exhibits
- Analyzing title documents and legal descriptions
- Coordinating with title companies and addressing post-closing matters

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

- 3-5 years of previous paralegal experience, preferably in commercial real estate
- A college degree or paralegal certificate is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a must
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with various individuals and organizations
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service
- Ability to handle stressful situations and meet tight deadlines
