Law Firm is looking for a highly-qualified to join its Real Estate team in the Chicago office. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.

**Responsibilities**
- Draft and negotiate documents relating to the full spectrum of commercial real estate transactions, including development, purchases and sales, real estate secured loans, modification and workout documents and leases, as well as related due diligence work and closing these and other real estate transactions.
- Lead and present various types of land use entitlement cases.

**Requirements**
- 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
- Proven experience in zoning and land-use matters.
- Excellent communication and drafting skills.
