Law firm Polsinelli is seeking a skilled and experienced Paralegal/Analyst to join our Real Estate Group in the Kansas City office. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your transactional real estate experience and knowledge of legal processes to support our team and provide exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct due diligence for real estate transactions
- Draft legal documents such as leases, purchase contracts, easements, and deeds
- Review and understand title work and surveys
- Coordinate and prepare documents for closings
- Provide support for development projects
- Communicate with clients and ensure their needs are met
- Utilize strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet searches
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

- Strong interest in commercial real estate practice
- Meticulous attention to detail and pride in work product

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable, dedicated, and able to maintain confidentiality
