Your Role as an Associate – Real Estate:

As an associate in the Real Estate Practice, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of complex real estate transactions and gain exposure to different areas of the real estate industry. You will work closely with experienced attorneys and have the chance to collaborate with colleagues from different offices and departments. Your responsibilities will include providing legal advice and guidance to clients, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and conducting legal research and analysis. The successful candidate will have strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills and a keen understanding of the business of real estate investing.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in complex real estate transactions
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the state of California (or willing to become licensed)
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to work on a variety of matters and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
