We are currently seeking a Corporate Counsel II to join our legal team of 200 attorneys and paraprofessionals. In this role, you will manage legal business matters, provide counsel on employment law, corporate compliance, litigation support, intellectual property, and financial crime. About the Role: As a Corporate Counsel, you will negotiate contracts, provide legal advice, and manage legal business matters to protect the enterprise's rights. You will also perform legal research and analysis on commercial contracts and information technology law issues. Additionally, you will advise colleagues on legal issues related to commercial contracts, product development, and compliance. What You Will Be Doing: • Prepare and negotiate contracts, including software licensing, data security, privacy, and regulatory matters. • Conduct legal research and analysis on commercial contracts and information technology law issues. • Advise colleagues on legal issues related to commercial contracts, product development, and compliance. What You Will Need: • Experience drafting information and technology services agreements, software license agreements, and general commercial contracts. • Ability to review and evaluate complex legal issues and provide counsel to business colleagues. • A Juris Doctor from an accredited US law school and licensed to practice law in at least one . jurisdiction. The pay range for this full-time position is $121, - $203, and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
