Job Description:

• Location: Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model (virtual and in-office) with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection. This includes remote work and 1-2 days in office per week.
• Compliance Manager responsible for managing foundational and strategic compliance responsibilities with consistent excellence.
• Primary duties include managing/overseeing projects, initiatives, audits, and risk assessments.
• Establish project plans, gap analysis, and milestone dates.
• Conduct complex investigations and document findings.
• Interface with external clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
• Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 6 years health care, regulatory, ethics, compliance or privacy experience.
• Preferred skills include regulatory change management experience, legal training or experience, and familiarity with laws governing health care and insurance industry.
• Salary range for this specific position is $89,460 to $127,800.
