Are you a skilled attorney with experience in private equity sponsored financing transactions? DLA Piper is currently seeking a Private Equity Finance Attorney to join our team in multiple locations, including Miami, Florida, Chicago, Illinois, Atlanta, Georgia, New York, New York, Dallas, Texas, and Austin, Texas.

As a Private Equity Finance Attorney at DLA Piper, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of matters for a variety of clients. In this role, you will manage closing processes, review and draft loan documents, and work with both borrower-side and lender-side representation. Job Responsibilities:

- Work on a broad range of private equity sponsored financing transactions
- Manage closing processes and review and draft loan documents
- Provide representation for both borrower-side and lender-side clients
- Collaborate with peers to find innovative solutions
- Direct your own growth and pursue a wide range of practice opportunities
- Enhance how our law firm combines practice-area expertise and modern industry insights
- Foster positive work relationships with clients, lawyers, and business professionals
- Comply with firm policies and practices
- Engage in both physical and sedentary activity, including working at a computer for extended periods of time and participating in meetings and conference calls
- Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned

- 1+ years of experience in private equity sponsored leveraged acquisition finance transactions
- Admitted to practice in the state where hired
- Direct and applicable law firm or SEC experience

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements:

- Sedentary work
- Some in-office expectations or remote work (as appropriate)
- Some travel required

Compensation:

In accordance with New York's Pay Transparency Law, the pay range for this position, if hired to work in New York, is $250,000 – $400,000 per year. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience and overall qualifications.
