Blank Rome LLP, a leading law firm in New York City, is currently seeking a Business Tax Attorney with at least 6 years of experience. This position offers a competitive salary range of $355,000 - $450,000 plus bonuses based on performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in general, broad-based business tax, including Corporate Taxation, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, and Partnership work, with international experience being a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal expertise and advice on business tax matters
- Conduct research and analysis of tax laws and regulations
- Assist with tax planning and strategies for businesses
- Review and prepare tax documents and filings
- Collaborate with other attorneys and teams within the firm

Qualifications:
- At least 6 years of experience in general business tax

- Strong academic and professional credentials
- Self-motivated and able to work well in a team environment
