Job Overview:
A well-established law firm located in Miami is seeking an experienced Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its transactional commercial real estate team. This position requires a professional with expertise in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, real estate finance, joint ventures, and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting and negotiating real estate contracts, and the ability to manage complex projects while collaborating effectively within a dynamic legal team.

Duties:

  • Led and managed commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing agreements.
  • Provide strategic legal advice on real estate finance, joint ventures, and development projects.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, loan agreements, and financing documents.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Advise clients on risk management, contract terms, and legal compliance in real estate matters.
  • Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and clients to develop strategies for complex real estate projects.
  • Stay updated on changes in real estate law and regulations, guiding new developments.
  • Participate in client meetings and negotiations, offering expert legal counsel and support.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in transactional commercial real estate law.
  • Strong background in drafting, negotiating, and structuring real estate transactions.
  • Proven track record of managing complex legal projects from start to finish.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of significant matters.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of work.

Education:

Certifications:
