Law Firm is seeking a lateral associate to join their IP Litigation team. The ideal candidate should have top law school credentials, IP/patent litigation experience, and an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, or similar degrees. CAFC clerkship experience and experience with PTAB disputes are a plus.

The annual compensation for this position is between $225,000 and $345,000. Benefits offered for this position include:
