Taft Law Firm is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Attorney to join our growing team. With over 875 attorneys and a collaborative approach, we are a leading law firm in the Midwest. We are dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients and internal team members, and we are looking for a candidate who shares our "Client First" philosophy.

Responsibilities:

- Train and cultivate relationships with Taft attorneys and staff to promote Taft Discovery's resources and capabilities
- Provide recommendations to case teams and clients on discovery process improvements and utilize advanced technologies for cost and risk reduction
- Advise on document preservation and collection obligations and strategies, including drafting Litigation Hold Notices and conducting document collection scoping interviews
- Develop and advise on strategies for culling collected data for review and assist with document review and case development
- Advise on document production options and collaborate with Taft Discovery Analysts on production specifications
- Stay current on industry developments and best practices related to eDiscovery

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree and Juris Doctorate degree required
- 3-5 years of experience as a dedicated eDiscovery Attorney, with knowledge of eDiscovery best practices and proficiency with RelativityOne
- Ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment and make decisions under pressure
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing work environments
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and clients
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Genuine interest in and aptitude for eDiscovery

Certificates & Licenses:

- Active law license
