# M&A Litigation Associate at Law Firm
Law firm is looking for a highly-qualified 3rd-5th year associate to join their M&A and Private Equity Litigation group. The successful candidate will have experience with GAAP, auditing private or public financial statements, and high-stakes disputes. This position offers career growth and working directly with senior members of the group and expert witnesses on matters involving indemnification claims, fraud claims, earn-out disputes, and a variety of significant portfolio company litigation.

## Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a . and a CPA license. Candidates without a CPA license will not be considered. In addition to outstanding academic credentials, the successful candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comparable law firm experience is preferred.

## Salary
The salary for this position is $250,000 to $325,000.
