A law firm seeks a dedicated Associate Attorney to join its team, specializing in defending individuals charged with DWI and vehicular crimes. This position is suitable for candidates who have recently passed the bar exam or those looking to expand their legal careers in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Duties

• Manage a diverse caseload of DWI and vehicular crime cases, ensuring high-quality representation for clients.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop effective legal strategies and share knowledge to benefit clients.
• Participate in litigation processes, including court appearances and negotiations.
• Conduct legal research and draft necessary documents, including motions and pleadings.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about their cases and legal options.
• Travel to various regional offices as needed for court appearances and client meetings.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the relevant state bar.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• Active membership in the relevant state Bar Association.
