Litigation Associate
The candidate will work for the medical malpractice team and gain significant litigation, trial, and management skills. They Will have their own caseload and, working under the supervision of a partner, will quickly be responsible for managing all aspects of those cases (from investigation to trial). Must be a Maryland attorney with 2-5 years of litigation experience. Must have 2 years of Deposition experience and a Bar License for Maryland. Should preferably have excellent academic credentials; superior research, writing, and verbal skills; and a strong desire to learn and grow into a top-notch litigator. Candidates need not have specific medical malpractice experience, but they must have litigation experience, including significant deposition experience.
