### Job Description
Law firm Shutts & Bowen LLP is seeking a Senior Associate or Partner for its Private Client Services Practice Group. The ideal candidate should have 5-15 years of relevant experience in the areas of estate planning, estate and gift taxation, estate and trust administration and related services to individuals, charitable organizations, foundations and corporate fiduciaries such as banks and trust companies. International estate planning experience is a plus. The candidate can be based out of any Shutts location but must be willing to spend time in the Miami office. The successful candidate will work closely with a Partner who is Florida Bar Board Certified in Wills, Trusts and Estates. LLM in Tax or Estate Planning is preferred, but not required. Must be or be willing to become a member of the Florida Bar.

### Key Responsibilities of Senior Associate – Private Client Services
- Estate Planning: Create estate plans for clients that include wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
- Estate and Gift Taxation: Assist clients with estate and gift taxation matters, such as filing returns, determining applicable taxes, and resolving disputes.
- Estate and Trust Administration: Oversee the administration of estates and trusts, including the distribution of assets, collection of debts, and payment of taxes.
- Related Services: Provide related services to individuals, charitable organizations, foundations, and corporate fiduciaries, such as banks and trust companies.
- International Estate Planning: Develop estate plans for clients with international assets, including foreign trusts and other foreign entities.

### Qualifications
- 5-15 years of relevant experience in the areas of estate planning, estate and gift taxation, estate and trust administration and related services to individuals, charitable organizations, foundations and corporate fiduciaries such as banks and trust companies.
- LLM in Tax or Estate Planning preferred, but not required.
- Must be or be willing to become a member of the Florida Bar.
- International estate planning experience is a plus.
