H1: Legal Assistant - Corporate in Buffalo, NY H2: Join Our Dynamic and Collaborative Team at Lippes Mathias - Lippes Mathias, a full-service law firm with 14 offices and nearly 200 attorneys, is seeking a Legal Assistant for our Corporate team in Buffalo, NY. - We value collegiality, collaboration, and support for our employees, and approach law differently by thinking ahead and around corners for our clients. - As a Legal Assistant, you will support the team in drafting and reviewing legal documents, maintaining schedules, and handling administrative tasks. - We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented candidate with at least 2 years of experience in a law firm environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, as well as working knowledge of document management systems, is required. - You should also have excellent communication skills, a fast typing speed, and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. - This is a full-time, clerical position with a salary range of $20-24/hour.
