Our Commercial Litigation practice is currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced associate to join our team in either our Columbus or Cincinnati offices.

As an associate in our Commercial Litigation department, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, including business disputes and healthcare-related litigation. You will also have the chance to handle all aspects of litigation with minimal supervision, allowing you to build your skills and experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.

To be considered for this position, you must have at least three years of relevant litigation experience, with a preference for those with experience in business disputes or healthcare-related litigation. This includes payment disputes, vendor disputes, government investigations, and False Claims Act cases. Additionally, candidates should have a Juris Doctorate degree and be admitted to practice law in Ohio.

As a member of our team, you will be expected to possess strong academic credentials and exhibit excellent research and writing skills. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with clients and opposing counsel, attend court appearances, and conduct and defend depositions. The strongest candidates may also have experience clerking in federal court or handling appellate cases.
