Duties:

  • Handle bankruptcy and transactional law cases, including drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client recommendations.
  • Prepare and file pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents related to bankruptcy and transactional matters.
  • Attend and represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on bankruptcy and transactional issues, negotiating terms as necessary.
  • Manage and organize case files, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and colleagues to develop case strategies and implement solutions.
  • Stay informed about changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices.

Requirements:

  • Experience in bankruptcy and transactional law.
  • Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to handle complex legal issues independently.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Wisconsin Bar admission is required.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to practice law in the state of Wisconsin, in good standing.

Skills:
