Faegre Drinker, a leading law firm, is seeking an experienced associate to join our Product Liability & Mass Torts practice group in our Los Angeles/San Francisco office. As a member of this group, you will have the opportunity to represent top companies in various industries, including pharmaceutical, medical device, food, agribusiness, and automotive.

The Role:
- Manage discovery and assist with trial preparation for complex matters
- Handle depositions and draft substantive briefs
- Utilize knowledge of California state and federal civil procedure
- Work on product liability, mass tort, MDL, and team management cases
- Trial experience in California is a plus

Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of litigation experience
- Admission to the California bar
- Experience with deposition and brief writing
- Knowledge of California state and federal civil procedure

Salary Information:
- Initial annual salary range: $270,000 - $315,000
- Actual salary may vary based on skills, experience, and other job-related factors
- Salary is just one component of Faegre Drinker's total compensation and benefits package
