Key Responsibilities:
- Represent leading managed care companies in a variety of high-profile matters, including litigation, class actions, compliance, regulatory work, false claims act cases, government programs, and governmental investigations
- Handle multiple cases and/or manage regulatory or compliance matters
- Serve as the point person on litigation and/or counseling, including coordinating with other associates and staff and acting as client contact
- Conduct legal research and writing, and provide strategic advice to clients
- Manage case and client budgets
- Participate in business development and marketing initiatives

Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of law firm or relevant in-house experience in complex commercial litigation and arbitration
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong writing, research, analytical, and verbal communication skills
- Managed care or health care experience required
- Significant case management and/or client counseling experience preferred
- Ability to handle multiple cases and manage competing priorities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Team player with the ability to work independently
