Responsibilities:

- Manage all communications related to the protection and litigation of intellectual property rights, with a focus on patents
- Analyze and track activities and deadlines for Patent Invention Disclosure Forms and Trademark Clearance Forms
- Liaise with Legal and Business Teams to ensure timely preparation and filing of intellectual property documents and information
- Review and update department procedures and materials related to the protection of intellectual property
- Create and maintain files, including billing and annuity files, and serve as the point of contact for the IPFolio document management system
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
