The candidate will analyze complex issues, develop creative solutions for the client's problems, effectively communicate their analysis and arguments both orally and in writing, and be a good team member. Litigation experience is required. Insurance experience is a plus. Eligibility for reciprocal admission or willingness to take the Oregon Bar exam will be an important consideration for candidates outside of Oregon.
