Law Firm in Saint Louis, Missouri is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney to join a rapidly expanding practice and make a difference in the lives of millions of Americans. This role offers a generous compensation package, including a base salary, guaranteed commission, and competitive bonuses, as well as a full benefits package. The ideal candidate will have a law degree from an ABA accredited law school, active membership in the State Bar Association, and at least 4 years of experience in personal injury litigation. Responsibilities: - Handle motor vehicle accident cases in litigation in and around Saint Louis, Missouri area - Draft and file litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, and motions - Guide plaintiff clients through the case process - Communicate with expert witnesses and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances on behalf of plaintiffs Qualifications: - Law degree from a fully ABA accredited law school - Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association (MO required, IL a plus) - 4+ years of experience in personal injury litigation, specifically motor vehicle/automobile liability - Ability to manage a high volume of cases and take them to trial - Strong client service and communication skills - Self-motivated with long-term career goals - Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills Benefits: - Competitive compensation package including base salary, guaranteed commission, and ongoing bonuses - Full benefits package including medical and dental insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays Equal Opportunity Statement: Morgan & Morgan is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment.
