This position offers the opportunity to practice in a mix of labor and employment litigation and contested fiduciary matters, including trust and estate litigation. We are looking for candidates with a strong track record of success in writing, experience with dispositive motions, and the ability to take and defend depositions. The ideal candidate will also have experience supervising and mentoring junior associates and paralegals.
