Job Description:
- Monitor and communicate regulatory changes impacting FIS products, services, and business activities
- Maintain knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
- Offer guidance on implementing regulatory changes
- Conduct compliance assessments and provide direction on any deficiencies detected
- Meet with business unit Compliance Officers for status updates on compliance issues
- Participate in training to promote compliance awareness
- Identify areas for potential improvement
- Interface with legal counsel and government agencies as needed
- Prepare and approve internal and customer communications covering compliance issues

Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or law, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of at least one area of compliance
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to understand technical and legal documents
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
