LAW FIRM is seeking an experienced Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience to join our General Liability department in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will be admitted to the DC Bar and possess excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills. Deposition, mediation, and courtroom experience are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities:

- Independently manage a litigation case load from inception to post-trial
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on case status
- Attend court appearances and mediations
- Prepare pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents
- Conduct thorough research for each case
- Perform direct and cross examinations of expert witnesses
- Meet billing requirements to ensure profitability for the firm

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
- Admitted to the DC Bar
- Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills
- Deposition, mediation, and courtroom experience preferred
- Strong positive attitude and ability to work within a team structure
