Key Responsibilities:
- Handle litigation cases related to complex insurance coverage, including commercial first-party insurance, reinsurance, third-party liability, professional liability, and bad faith coverage
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft legal documents and correspondence
- Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
- Attend hearings and trials as necessary

Requirements:
- Admission to the appropriate state bar; additional state bar admissions preferred
- Minimum of three years of experience in complex insurance coverage litigation
- JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- Excellent legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational and time management skills

Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $145,000-$165,000, commensurate with experience
- Additional hourly billable bonuses up to $50,000
