The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, trade secret and other soft IP experience. A bachelor's or advanced degree in electrical engineering or computer science is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of IP litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
- Work collaboratively with a high-performing team
- Take on immediate responsibility

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Illinois, California, New York, or District of Columbia Bar
- Active and in good standing with the Bar
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent research and writing abilities
