A law firm in Fairfield, NJ, is seeking a Criminal/Administrative Litigation Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience in criminal, administrative, and/or general litigation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending court appearances, drafting briefs and legal documentation, meeting with clients, and performing other functions related to law practice. Job Duties:

• Represent clients in criminal, administrative, and general litigation matters.
• Attend court appearances, hearings, and administrative proceedings.
• Draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and other legal documentation.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients.
• Meet with clients to discuss case details, provide updates, and gather necessary information.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and ensure effective case management.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of criminal, administrative, and general litigation laws and procedures.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in criminal, administrative, and/or general litigation.
• Admission to the New Jersey State Bar.
• Strong understanding of criminal, administrative, and general litigation procedures and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New Jersey State Bar.
