Duties:
Handle various aspects of antitrust litigation, including pre-litigation strategy, discovery, and motion practice.
Assist in merger control matters, including regulatory filings and compliance strategies.
Work directly with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide legal advice to clients.
Draft legal briefs, memoranda, and other documents related to antitrust and merger control matters.
Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, and court appearances.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case development and legal opinions.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to cases.
Keep up-to-date with evolving antitrust laws and regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in antitrust litigation and/or merger control.
Strong background in antitrust law, including the ability to analyze and apply complex legal principles.
Proven track record of legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
High attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset.
Education:
