Duties:

  • Handle various aspects of antitrust litigation, including pre-litigation strategy, discovery, and motion practice.

  • Assist in merger control matters, including regulatory filings and compliance strategies.

  • Work directly with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide legal advice to clients.

  • Draft legal briefs, memoranda, and other documents related to antitrust and merger control matters.

  • Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, and court appearances.

  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case development and legal opinions.

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to cases.

  • Keep up-to-date with evolving antitrust laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in antitrust litigation and/or merger control.

  • Strong background in antitrust law, including the ability to analyze and apply complex legal principles.

  • Proven track record of legal writing and oral advocacy skills.

Education:
