Location:

Duties:

• Lead and manage litigation and arbitration teams on high-profile construction and engineering disputes
• Represent clients in commercial litigation cases, particularly in construction, infrastructure, and energy sectors
• Develop and implement case strategies while maintaining superior client service
• Oversee case preparation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Deliver strong written and oral advocacy in court and arbitration settings
• Communicate effectively with clients and manage matters at a fast pace

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of commercial litigation experience, ideally including international arbitration
• Background in construction, infrastructure, or energy disputes
• Experience working with a large law firm in high-stakes commercial litigation
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing dispute teams and cases
• Local bar admission in the state of the chosen office location
• Foreign language skills are a plus

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active bar membership in the relevant state jurisdiction
