The candidate should have experience with and possesses the following qualities: Established research and writing capabilities; drafted demand letters, motions, briefs, and other legal documents; taken/defended depositions; managed large document collection and production; experienced in all phases of discovery; trial and arbitration experience; managed junior associates on case team; communicated with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and others; collaborated across various teams.
