Troutman Pepper Law Firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Litigation Associate to join our team in California. We are looking for someone who is barred in both Hawaii and California and has at least 5 years of experience in state and federal court litigation. If you have a strong background in product liability and are proficient in drafting pleadings, taking depositions, and arguing discovery motions, we want to hear from you!

H2: Job Description and Responsibilities
- Represent clients in state and federal court litigation, including product liability cases
- Draft pleadings and motions, take depositions, and argue discovery motions
- Prepare for and participate in trials and arbitration hearings
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Collaborate with partners and senior associates on case strategy and management

H2: Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be barred in Hawaii and California
- 5+ years of experience in state and federal court litigation
- Strong background in product liability
- Excellent academic and professional credentials
- Superior research and writing ability
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Clerkship experience preferred

H2: Salary Information
The salary range for this position is $305,000 - $380,000, depending on years of experience. We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, as well as opportunities for career advancement and growth within our firm.
