We have a dedicated team of attorneys who are committed to providing excellent legal services to our clients. We are looking for an IP&T Associate to join our team in the Houston 2 office and contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex IP & Technology issues
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and patent applications
- Advise clients on IP & Technology matters, including patent, trademark, and copyright issues
- Assist with IP litigation and disputes
- Stay updated on developments and changes in IP & Technology laws and regulations
- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to provide comprehensive legal services to clients

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in Texas
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IP & Technology law
- Strong understanding of IP & Technology laws and regulations
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Motivated and eager to learn and grow in the IP & Technology field
