Job Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze legal issues and questions
- Assist with conferencing and case management audits
- Write confidential legal memoranda and draft opinions
- Confer with lawyers on complex proceedings and review legal documents
- Serve in a confidential capacity and under supervision for judges in various courts
- May be assigned to judges designated as Acting Justices of the Supreme Court
- Reassignment may occur within the promotion unit dependent upon the needs of the Unified Court System
