The successful candidate will be able to handle incident response work for clients experiencing cyber events, assist clients with regulatory investigations, provide data security incident response preparedness training and counseling, and provide privacy compliance work.

Qualifications:
• Privacy and cybersecurity experience or litigation experience with a demonstrated interest in privacy and cybersecurity.
• An understanding of healthcare operations and knowledge of Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance.

• Exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage a fast-paced workload while maintaining priorities and anticipating issues.
• Outstanding writing and oral communication skills.
• Motivation to learn and understand technology and forensic findings, effectively discuss those issues with technically skilled individuals, and distill findings for clients without technology experience.
• Good judgment and the ability to apply legal knowledge to problem solve by developing strategic solutions.
