Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Counsel healthcare providers on a range of regulatory matters, including fraud and abuse, state licensure, corporate practice of medicine, and Medicare/Medicaid billing.
  • Handle healthcare transactional matters such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, affiliations, and private equity deals.
  • Draft and review contractual arrangements, including management agreements, provider services agreements, and physician employment agreements.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on healthcare-related issues to clients.
  • Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups and offices in a team-oriented environment.
  • Work in a brand-new office space in a growth-targeted location.

 

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of demonstrated experience in health care transactional matters.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong law school credentials and references.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Relevant certifications in healthcare law (optional).

 

Skills:
