Senior Paralegal The candidate will assist Firm attorneys with Processing of Estate Documents according the Firms’ procedures including printing, copying, filing of documents. Assist Firm attorneys with correspondence. Create, organize, and maintain files for Estate projects according to the Firm’s established procedures. Track of status of Estate and Trust Administration matters and deadlines in the Firm’s case management software. Calendar and monitor key dates and deadlines. Prepare or assist in preparation of estate tax returns; fiduciary income tax returns, gift tax returns. Prepare fiduciary accountings. Assist and/or prepare probate paperwork. Undergraduate degree and/or Paralegal education is required. Should have 5+ years of experience as a trust and estate paralegal.
