In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients to develop strategic approaches to managing, growing, and protecting their brands. Our team is dedicated to providing top-notch brand management and global enforcement programs, as well as preventing disputes and representing clients in litigation when needed.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with clients to develop strategic approaches to managing, growing, and protecting their brands
- Provide counsel on trademark strategy in the United States and abroad
- Conduct clearance searches and handle trademark prosecution and enforcement
- Manage brand portfolios and provide brand management advice
- Represent clients in litigation related to trademark disputes

Qualifications:

- Approximately two to four years of trademark experience
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent judgment and communication skills
- Commitment to providing excellent client services
