Duties

  • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to manage and move case files efficiently.

  • Review work for legal accuracy, clarity, and adherence to current case law.

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in South Carolina.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in family law.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a high volume of cases.
  • Strong negotiation skills, especially in emotionally charged situations.
  • Must be willing to travel locally for mediations, depositions, and court appearances.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active Bar membership in South Carolina.

Certifications

  • South Carolina Bar admission is in good standing.
