Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in South Carolina.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in family law.

- Must be willing to travel locally for mediations, depositions, and court appearances.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active Bar membership in South Carolina.
